Project 365: Week 1 Recap

Remember how I told you about Project 365? Well, my first week was a success! Here’s the recap of Week 1:

Day 1 (November 1, 2013): Blueberries

Day1_Berries1Day 2 (November 2, 2013): Hooks

Day2_HooksDay 3 (November 3, 2013): Brown eggs

Day3_brown eggs_1Day 4 (November 4, 2013): Studs on leather and wood

Day4_Studs on leatherDay 5 (November 5, 2013): Dried fruits, seeds and nuts

Day5_Dried nuts, seeds and fruitDay 6 (November 6, 2013): San Antonio Riverwalk

Day6_San Antonio RiverwalkDay 7: (November 7, 2013): Downtown San Antonio at sunset

Day7_DowntownSanAntonioAs you can see, there’s no theme here. I am really enjoying getting to practice with my camera daily and trying to improve my photos. The groups I’m in for the project are very supportive and the other members give great feedback on everyone’s photos. It’s also useful to learn the settings others use to try to polish my own techniques.

I hope to do a weekly post on this project, but there may be times where I have to post two weeks at a time or so, depending on my schedule.

Are you doing Project 365, too? One similar? What about the Instagram November Challenge?

I love your pictures! They’re all so great… but the one of the dried fruits really stands out to me. I wish I could smell it (that may be a weird thing to say, but I mean it in the best possible way)

Beautiful pictures. Stunning and inspiring. If I may suggest, National Geographic has on ongoing assignment for ‘foodscape’ at ( http://yourshot.nationalgeographic.com ). I am sure many of the featured images here will come up trumps. 🙂
